At IWCS Conference 2011 Windak Inc presented its latest information about the products such as Automatic Reeler AR24.
The AR24 Reeler is a dual head fully automatic machine designed for automatic packaging of wire and cable products
on spools and reels between 298mm (12’’) and 609mm (24’’) in overall diameter. It can be run both in line and off line.
It loads the reels automatically and includes stretch wrapping to contain the cut end.
Full line integration includes palletizing, reel labelling and sequential meter or footage marking on the cable.
Many visitors were interested in this machine, which is cost effective solution priced less than many traditional semi-automatic spoolers.
Windak also showed solutions for a large range of Payoff, Take-up and Rewind Lines.
