Identity information includes an individual’s name and age, birthdate, employer’s name/ company name, employer’s website address, position at the company they represent, and also additional identity information specifically related to recruitment process, such as gender, social media account information, profile photo, language and other skills, professional experience, education, trainings, hobbies, references and referring party, details regarding job and salary expectations.

Contact information includes email address, telephone number, mailing and home address.

Project related information includes project number, machine/equipment name, spare parts number, purchase order document and quotation number.

Other personal data includes, but is not limited to, data related to your interactions with our services and any other personal data that you provide to us during the course of our relationship.

Our website includes contact forms, in which we ask you to fill out relevant personal information in advance to enable our representatives to contact you or while applying for a job opening.

Service and Spare Parts: Our Service and Spare Parts forms are optional and are used for inputting personal information. Job Application:  We process personal data (CV, cover letter, personal and contact information etc.) when you apply for a job opening, whether by using the Job Application form on our website or otherwise. This allows us to evaluate your application effectively and ensures that a Windak Group representative can contact you regarding your application. We may also process personal data throughout the following application process, including by way of conducting interviews and tests, to decide on your suitability for the position. Additionally, we may conduct a background check on candidates using Google and social media.
