Available in both tire-driven and conventional drive pin designs, catering to different operational requirements. The control system of these rewind lines is fully integrated, combining all aspects of the rewinding process. This system includes a line control cabinet and an operator control panel equipped with a 10” full-color HMI, providing complete control of the rewinding line.
The rewind lines offer both speed and torque mode for pay-off and take-up, featuring fast acceleration and deceleration to minimize cycle times. This capability is essential for maintaining productivity and reducing downtime.
