GMC-SBS (Spool by Spool – 2 & 3 axis) – The GMC-SBS is a palletizer that comes in both 2-axis and 3-axis options. Designed to function as a standalone unit or in combination with a spooler, this system transfers spools from a tilted eye-to-sky position at the tilt station, carefully arranging them onto pallets.

Windak palletizers feature a modern and efficient XYZ design, ensuring a compact footprint. In addition to the standard spool, coil, and spade grippers, Windak also offers a vacuum gripper option for smoother palletizing of boxes, allowing for a diverse range of palletizing patterns.

Our palletizers are primarily designed as part of the automatic cable packaging lines, forming a complete solution for packaging spools, coils, and boxes onto pallets.

Featuring servo motors, our palletizers are known for their fast and precise positioning, ensuring high reliability. They are capable of palletizing 3 to 5 spools, coils, or boxes per minute.

Each palletizer includes an automatic pallet loading system for enhanced efficiency.

An integrated safety system safeguards the operator by restricting access to the palletizer’s operational area.
