Windak’s stand attracted strong interest from across the global wire and cable industry, confirming growing demand for advanced, automated, and sustainable cable packaging solutions

Strong Market Response to New Innovations

Particular attention was given to the newly launched MultiCoiler MC260, a 3-in-1 automated coiling machine designed to deliver flexibility, consistent performance, and efficient operation within a compact footprint. The solution resonated strongly with manufacturers looking to optimize production while adapting to diverse packaging requirements.

The AutoLoader AL60 also generated significant interest, addressing key challenges in heavy reel handling. By reducing manual intervention and improving operational safety, the system supports more stable production and increased efficiency.

In addition to new equipment, Windak highlighted its WinBack program, enabling customers to upgrade and modernize existing installations. Through targeted enhancements, the program extends equipment lifetime, improves performance, and offers a cost-efficient alternative to full system replacement.

Collaboration and Future Outlook

WIRE 2026 also provided a valuable platform for discussions around production challenges, evolving market needs, and long-term efficiency strategies. Windak further emphasized its collaboration with Rosendahl Nextrom GmbH, expanding the combined portfolio of both companies and enabling more integrated solutions across the production and packaging value chain.

Looking ahead, Windak remains committed to supporting cable manufacturers with future-ready automation and long-term partnerships. Customers and partners are warmly invited to visit the company’s headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia to experience the full cable packaging line development process.

Let’s continue to develop success together.”
