" alt="Post Thumbnail">We’re pleased to share the successful commissioning of Windak’s second cable spooling line at Öznur Kablo in Turkey. Our team completed the installation, and the technology was well-received for its precision and reliability.
Here’s a glimpse into the powerful capabilities we brought to Öznur Kablo manufacturing process:
AR32-D Automatic Spooling System
The spooling machine equipped with a Payoff, Palletizer, and a conveyor system with an empty pallet accumulator, ensuring efficient and automated spool handling.
Our AR32 model comes in two configurations- AR32-S Single Head or AR32-D Dual Head Reeler, designed for the precise packaging of cable and wire products on spools and reels from 400 mm to 800 mm (16”- 32”) in diameter. Tailored specifically for handling a wide range of flexible cable types.
Automated Stretch Wrap System
Our NEW stretch wrap system simplifies operation by automatically sliding out for roll changes and adjusting the stretch wrap feed based on spool size, securing precise and consistent packaging.
Flexible Equipment Setup:
Operators can configure turning points, adjust laying speeds for left and right movements, and set delay times at turning points, allowing for a tailored and flexible spool winding process.
Enhanced Quality Control
With the inclusion of a Spark Tester and Lump & Neck Detector, ensures any faulty cables are detected early, maintaining high-quality output.
Robust Palletizing Solution
The GMC-SBS 2-axis Palletizer handles spools up to 350kg, automating the cable packing process and accommodating heavy loads.
