GMC-BB (Box by Box – 4 axis) – The GMC-BB, a 4-axis box palletizer, is designed to operate both as a stand-alone unit and in combination with a spooler or coiler. This palletizer handles tilted eye-to-sky boxes, seamlessly transferring them from the tilt station or GMC infeed conveyor, and arranging them onto pallets for efficient processing.

Windak palletizers feature a modern and efficient XYZ design, ensuring a compact footprint. In addition to the standard spool, coil, and spade grippers, Windak also offers a vacuum gripper option for smoother palletizing of boxes, allowing for a diverse range of palletizing patterns.

Our palletizers are primarily designed as part of the automatic cable packaging lines, forming a complete solution for packaging spools, coils, and boxes onto pallets.

Featuring servo motors, our palletizers are known for their fast and precise positioning, ensuring high reliability. They are capable of palletizing 3 to 5 spools, coils, or boxes per minute.

Each palletizer includes an automatic pallet loading system for enhanced efficiency.

An integrated safety system safeguards the operator by restricting access to the palletizer’s operational area.
