Today marks a major milestone in the history of WINDAK.

We are excited to announce that WINDAK is now part of Rosendahl Nextrom GmbH, a global technology leader in the cable, wire, fiber optics and battery industries and a member of the privately owned KNILL Group.

By joining Rosendahl Nextrom, WINDAK becomes part of a globally operating technology group with a strong international footprint and a long-term growth strategy.

For WINDAK, the transaction marks an important step in its continued development. The company will retain its brand, organizational structure and management team, ensuring continuity for customers, partners and employees.
